Happy Labour Day Everybody!!! Ever thought of what labour day is for? To me...ITS FOOD... Every year's labour confirm go out for good food Well...today,i went to this particular restaurant somewhere in Katong Guess what...its a NONYA RESTAURANT! Its quite a restaurant though... Air-conditioned,nice atmosphere...but not many room,quite a small place though But its not what i expected when i was told that we were going there... Here is some pictures of what we had there...

Happy Birthday Kent!!!
Hahas...Back blogging again
Well...
Today wasn't what i expected but it is still fine
Had heart-to-heart talk with Ms Liem today
After that,i found out that she is quite a nice teacher
After that,i had my chinese lesson which was a test..i totally forgot though...
My mind went blank once i saw that question paper
But at least got write sth...
After that...was chem...still okay
After recess...it was POA
Then my nightmare come...i don't understand a single word!!!
Just because i missed one lesson and i don't understand anymore...
I will try to work hard to catch up de!!!
Anyway...everything went well...hahas...I think(it didn't really went well la)
After school...went for sectionals and finally...went to play soccer..hahas
I really "de-stressed"...feel somehow...i gained back my life for that one moment???
I had a nice time then...
After that,i saw some band girls at interchange so i decided i tag along since i nth to do
Talked to Ying Hao for quite some time..thanks(:

Its somehow very tiring for me
I was struggling all the way...
I couldn't take it...
I really do miss her
I didn't know why i started crying...
I must be useless...

Hello...
I'm posting my blog at home currently...
Well...yea
I had high fever this morning so i didn't go to sch though i really wanted to
Nth much to do at home though...
Start to miss my classmates and friends...
Planning to go for band since i feel alot better now...
I don't know why my fever keep coming back and subsiding...
Maybe i contracted some sort of serious illness and may die from it?
Hahas...very hard to say...
Went to see the doctor...they just say the same thing...so nth much...
I hope i can get well soon,i cannot afford to miss lessons but...i had no choice
I bet everybody are happy that i didn't go to sch...hahas
It somehow feels that way to me...i think i better go rest...so i can go for band ltr.

For this year,2009
Everybody moved on...
Everybody except me...
I'm stuck at 2008...
Things in 2009 started bad for me...
So i lied to myself...and stayed in 2008.
People move on...thats for sure.
But i am the only exception...cause i hang onto things which are no longer mine

But i couldn't let go off those things...i couldn't let go you.

I had lost all motivation to do things...

Here to post about what happened past few days
Went to Escape Theme Park for Section outing
Since it is the first time i went there(quite stupid),it was quite fun and thrilling.
We spend quite some time to get there by changing buses and getting "lost".
Hahas.It was fun to see how scared Siti was in the Haunted House
And a very bad experience to be on the viking(the ship).
Ytd,i went to attend church with Ferline,Germaine,Trisha,Yue Qin and Jasmine at Paya Lebar.
The ppl there so friendly and so nice to interact with.
Went to Airport T3(Terminal 3) for dinner with them and bought some stuff(:

Hey..long time no blog cause i lazy..hahas
Ytd was the OPWO family BBQ day
We had lots of fun there cycling and roller blading
Some of us who are organising the games met earlier and go there to prepare the games
We started to walk from Area F and set up the stations until we reach our BBQ pit at Area C
The total distance was quite long.
When the game started..everybody was like running like mad ppl.
Some of them rent bikes so it will be faster.
After the games,we had free time.
I went to buy drinks and rent a 2 seater bicycle.
Jasmine and i cycled to quite a far place.
When we returned to the BBQ pit,all the food were gone(Bee Hoon)
So we only eat a little..hahas
Overall i think that ytd was fun...

I went to school ytd for sectionals and looking at the posting of classes for sec2
Reached there and waited for the results until 12...
So scared i different class with the other band members...
But HENG AR...i managed to get to the class of my choice...
3A1...the class name like so pathetic but i think it will be a good class
Got into D&T for the 7th subject...how wish got F&N
SAD...
Can't wait for the long pants to be available...

Hey...today was quite tired walking all over khatib/yishun

Went to bottle tree park today but nth to do...hahas

We had problems going there and going out...cause we don't know where the entrance and exit is...hahas

We saw how ppl "fish" prawns and how kids catch fishes...

Saw how big the bottle tree is..and i look so tiny...hahas

Saw how big the "Swan" boats are..so funny seh

After exiting the park...we went back to yishun Northpoint to try out Japanese themed food court...

The food not bad la...a bit ex too

Went to the newly re-open yishun library which have quite a lot of new books and powerful air-cons

So many nice nice books that are available now(:
After that..went all over the shopping mall to find clothes for the upcoming concert that is going to be held in Explanade

Need proper clothes for that..hahas

Walk until my legs going to break..hahas

So tired today..but enjoyed myself...(:

Went to northpoint today with Jasmine...
Met up with Yue Qin,Lao Ren(Hui Peng) andShu Yun at LJS
Went to Time Zone and met up with Yan Ning

Today had band practise as usual...
We did marching today and formations...
I think the formation quite okay...not hard not difficult
Even so...the sec 1s ask quite a lot of questions..make me go blur too
Hahas...after that,we had rehearsals at the Art Gallery...
So hot...so stuffy...hmm...maybe not stuffy
But a lot of mosquitoes!!!Itching here and there...hahas

Hellooooo!!!

Today went out with Jasmine...hahas

She actually went to sch for sectionals before going out with me

So while she sectional...i slack..HAHAS

So we met at 11am...while we walking,we decided go Bugis

Main Aim for the day:::::Watch(His/Hers),Jacket(Hers),Sling Bag(Hers) and finally...Flip Flops(His)

Anyway...we reached Bugis and we decided to have lunch first

We went to eat Yoshinoya and talk about some stuff...hahas

So we went casual shopping while finding what we want.

Went to a lot of shops and saw a lot of nice nice things...

So many things nice...so many things expensive...

See nice things...no money...what use?

So we went to see watches..bags...

And finally...we found BAG!!!!!

WoOoHoO!!!!Hahas

Then buy bag...see watch...went here and there...then...

FINALLY!!!Watches!!!

OH YEAH!!!!So nice...i didn't know cheap watch so nice...hahas

So we bought watch and bag...

After a very long walk...we couldn't find any suitable jackets or flip flops...

Then when we tired le...eat sth...then went home...

Hey...today had band as usual
In the morning,i met up with Jasmine for breakfast
Ate porridge...but got century egg...so i gave every single bit of the egg to her
After a while...she got sick of the taste and smell..hahas
I like torture her...hahas

Anyway,went for sectionals after that...
So tired la..but what can i do?
At 11.38...let the juniors go for lunch break while i sit inside CDS
So lonely seh...
So i decided to play the double bass for fun and learn sth lor
But i use too much stength when playing and injured my hand):

Well...today wasn't very "exciting"
Nth much to do...just ate breakfast with Jasmine and went to her house to play psp
Wanted to watch movie today but...don't know why so tired...hahas
Due to so many days of band...i can hardly find any time jobs
Want to earn some money and...you know...get together with friends and spend some cash
So many things to do...so little time):
Hope that there is time for me to get a job and earn some money..haha
Hmm...maybe should get those shopping centre shops kind of job
Heard that they offer quite a high hourly salary...
Tml is another day for me to rest and get some fun before wednesday band rehearsal
So tiredddd.......how wish band pratices hours is not so long...
Though i know the duration has been reduce to the minimal...

Oh ya!I've been put in french horn section for next year sec 1 orientation
I wonder how it is to march with a french horn
It should be a good experience and i get to be marching unlike this year...haha

Hey!Long time nvr update le...
Recently,quite some things happened...
Such as the concert this friday we are having is postponed to 17th Oct
On sat..we celebrated teachers' day for the teachers in band...
Then Mon,did nth and slack all day...then my mother brought back a dog...but say must give other ppl...sad
Then ytd,went to sch for sectionals(didn't really sectional much)..
Then we saw this very entertaining soccer game...hahas(play until crazy)
We went to Buddy's for lunch....then we went to buy some stuff...
But to me...this one week holiday is like...bored...nth to do...
Although i am suppose to be studying...but i kept telling myself to relax...which i don't know why
Anyway...just hope the end-of-year exam will come fast and go fast...so can have holidays again

Hey!!!Long time no update.
Today is National Day Celebration(:
I reached school at around 6.45am tgt with jasmine
Wearing red for the celebration..hahas
After that,we set up instrument...warm up and tuned
Went down to the parade square and settle down.
At 7.20,we played Honour and Glory for the marching in of the flags(where ppl carry the flag then march in)...
Then,we played Majulah Singapura(National Anthem)
Then like no sound no sound de...hahas
We kept our instruments and went to the hall for the performance.
To me,it is like so boring...then i went off sleeping in the hall...lols
When everything ends,we set up the hall for rehearsals tgt with the sec ones
During the rehearsal,i found out that i can play the pieces even though i didn't practise much
Wanna know why i nvr practise????...cause i slack mah...HAHA
After that,we were told to bring home instruments...SO HEAVY!!!!
But today end off quite well....i think....i'll keep updating(:

Long time no blog...hahas(:

Let me summarise what happened for the pass 2 months

Firstly...it was the Southern Cross Band Festival at Brisbane,Australia

But happy times pass really fast

Next,it was OP.2008...

It is an annual concert which OPWO presents the pieces that we practise so hard

Although it wasn't a very successful one but we did enjoy performing to the public

Thirdly,we attended the 2nd National Band competition.

We only used one month to prepare for that and we hope that we will get a gold...

But when we heard the results that we were 2% away from gold...everybody were quite sad indeed...although it was very dissapointing,but i think we can do better in the upcoming competition...

Its been awhile since my last post
Though today is the last day of school,i am not really happy
Coz she didnt come to school today
I can understand that she is sick and need lots of rest...hahas
Anyway,the assembly today was damn long la
Teachers keep talking and spamming us with info and principal too
Den went back to class as usual for the post exam activity
We were required to paint the plywood that were given to us ytd for us to trace and stuff
But i didnt know why we used the whole day to do that damn piece of wood
And we didnt even have recess la
DAMN IT!!!But nvm...at least sch ends at 11am..hahas
After school dismissal...went for sectionals as usual but this time i was like no feelingto sectional
I feel so empty,tired and very hard to focus...maybe is because i miss her too much...hahas
Anyway...my junior came along and joined us for sectionals...den of course i teach la..who else??
After that,i carried on with my sectionals until 2.45?somewhere there...
Den went roaming around the sch toilets..hahas
After that,went home as usual...saw my father near my block...lols
Den go reach home,bathe,wait for my mother to accompany me go make specs(money i pay one okay?)
Went for dinner...went to give sth...lols
So my day carries on like this...play psp,watch tv,sms,blog....
Yea...so everything was quite fine...
Tml got band again...YAYS.Going to prepare for the overseas trip...Brisbane<=(spell correctly mah?),Australia leh...lols
So i hink i better go sleep now...its getting late.hahas

Everything just turns out fine today...
I was quite normal today...didnt really go totally stress up...
So now i really know wad i can do to make me destress...
Just go for band and sectionals...It really do help especially with your fellow band mates
Playing music...though it can be stress up through playing some difficult parts
Sometimes...no matter how hard you try...with a a stress mind,you can't get the parts correct
And sometime with a relax mind...practising the parts may not be so difficult can be easy...
Wad i'm trying to say is that don't be too stress up.
Whether it is studies,CCAs,friends,family or relationship problems,just try to be relax
Tell yourself that everything will be fine...just do wad you always enjoy doing
For me,it will just be going for rehersals and sectionals..
You may think that i'm crazy...
But this is wad i enjoyed...and maybe that is why i still work so hard to stay in band
Even though the technique i play my instrument is like shit
Don't have professionalism...
Even if the sound sucks and everytime produce "kill chicken" sound and out of tune
I still continue to work hard...
I may not be the best even if i work hard...
But i do not wanna pull the whole band down because of the music i played...
You may not think that its music if i play it...
But i do...
I won't let my seniors,teachers and conductor be dissapointed...
I will continue to work hard

Its been quite a harsh day...not the weather but wad happened today
Recieved my results,quite suck up....failed my Maths which i least expected to fail and my history....
I've been failing history...i can't believe it...
I did pass all the other subjects,but all were border line passes...
Quite upset...even so,i wanted her to cheer up but i don't really know what to do
Just hope that everything will be alright...soon.I suppose...

Today was the Science paper...
Can say quite easy can also say quite difficult
though Mr Chua like keep making noise,dont really get distracted
After the science paper,went "band".
Ms Chang brief us on the Australia trip
The cost is about $2500...i was like WTF
Not enough money,only got $2ooo
Wad am i gonna do???!
Den went to ask Mdm Ang to see how much i really need to pay.
With the deducting of edusave,and other things
Need to pay $1107!!!
WTH!!! still so expensive
But better than $2.5k
So considered lucky la...

Ever since that day,i tried change as much as possible so that i can make her happy
I sacrifice so many thing just for her...and all i want in return was her to stay by my side
For so long,i kept away so many things that i am angry of from her
I didnt wanna mention it to her,because i've been telling myself,"Wad is the use of telling her when she can't do anythng about it?
I been keeping it to meyself...and its getting pretty tired one day after another
Its not like i am tired just keeping it to myself for one day,its very tired to see the same thing happening everyday...
Its not like i am angry with her or sth...if you ever get fucked up with wad im saying now,dont read...
This is just a way i am trying to de-stress...please keep wad you have read within this blog...
Don't ever mention wad you have read to anyone...

Today was my maths paper.
It was quite fast,i would say
The paper can say is difficult,can say is hard...lols
After the paper,i went back home...alone
I dont know why i everytime nvr go home with her is like so lonely...
But no choice,she wanna go home with her friends mah
So must give some freedom
When i reached home,switched on the com...
Sebast came talking to me on msn...
Den he told me that he was barred from OPWO/OPAW
I was damn sad la...I hope Mr Tan and Ms Chang can give him a chance...
I didnt expect alumnis to be banned from coming back to thier CCAs
And being banned from coming back to thier secondary school
I was really upset and unhappy...
Nvr go home with her,informed that an alumni was being barred...

Today is the Mother Tongue paper
Quite difficult for the paper 2
I read the comprehension like dunno wad la
Read so many times also dunno wad it is saying
But nvm,its all over.Its the end of language paper le
Monday still got english oral
After that,must concentrate on other subject le
Especially Geog,History and Art...
Must study and do finish the final layout for art
Lit must read the book a few times more.
Maths must memorise formulas...

It was the English paper today
The english paper is damn difficult la
How wish i can concentrate better la
But my eyes like keep going to close

Ytd was the day we,musicians of OPWO had been waiting for
Its was so stress up and very nervous
We practise and practise until around 12...had lunch,take a bath...
Den its time to head for National Stadium at around 2pm
When we reach there,so many bands,all with fanciful uniform...
The other bands so big...make us feel so small...
Went for the performance...did quite bad...
Waited for the results...wait until leg pain
Den the announcer said:"Results will be announced by the order of appearance"
Continued by:"1st band,Orchid Park Wind Orchestra,........SILVER!!!"
At that moment,musicians of OPWO had this sense of accomplishment and joy
We were so happy.
After all the results were being announced,tears of joy flew out of many musicians' eyes...
Everybody gave each other hugs...
The 1st SYF i took part in my life gave me the greatest sense of accomplishment
Succeed with the other musicians of OPWO and not forgetting Mr Tan,Ms Chang,Mr Ang and Alumnis...(:
So we must work hard for 2010 outdoor SYF...for GOLD WITH HONOURS!!!

Hellos...its been so long since i last updated
Im going to summaries what had happen this week
The big day is finally here
On Saturday,at 3pm...there will be SYF for military band
All ppl who are interested can come at 3pm at the National Stadium(the one which is going to tear down soon)
It is open to the public,no need tickets

though it was our 4th month together,i wasnt happy at all.

Today was Orchid Park Secondary School 9th Speech and Prize-Giving Day

Actually the sch band was suppose to perform for 2 items

Which is the parade and concert...

I was so dissapointed because i did not perform for the 1st item which is the parade

I was not feeling very well at that time

When it comes to the concert,i was feeling better

But Peck Joon dont let me perform together with the band

But i dont care,i still carried on

Den had free lunch after that...but is chicken rice again...

I was like so fucked up lor
Lessons were boring as usual and nth to do,feel like sleeping
After school,went for band and as usual,formations...
After that was speech day rehersal,make us wait for so long den only play one time

Went home with Jasmine,Huijia and Eugene...
After dinner and bath...feel like sleeping and someone interupt my beauty sleep

After school,went for band...feel so free during band,better than stay in class

We went to Buddy Hoagies for lunch...saw Sheryl
Den after ordering Chicken and Cheese Baked Rice

After eating,sat there awhile den saw Mr Tan also

go to a nearby coffeeshop to eat den went straight to school
When we reached school,that Major Tan dont let us in because teachers got meeting
So we went around Khatib until around 12 pm
Den we went in for the Sec 2 leadership course
The course was like so boring lor,waste my time
Den went around Yishun with Derrick Chua,Kent and Kim Yong
Went home after that...den go accomplish my mission

Today went to school as usual just that abit sad
Went for PE for the 1st lesson and slack there with some other band guys
Next was Maths...still having a test,its still okok for me
Den it was Geography,also got test...quite easy
Recess was soon over and it was RICH lesson,still talking about class-t shirt
Continued by English,Mother Tongue den History
Soon,it was Science,everybody like waiting for the science test marks
den slowly call name,call until mine...den i look at the paper
OMG,23/25marks.I was like so happy.
Den i rmb the sodium,sulphur thing...minus half a mark den get 22.5/25
So sad seh...

The art test colour until so disgusting,english test so difficult lor and the science is okok
